Avantus adds Pavco to exec team
Avantus Federal expands its executive team with the addition of Luanne Pavco, a former board of advisers member and nearly two-decade federal market veteran.
Avantus Federal has appointed Luanne Pavco, former member of its board of advisers and a nearly two-decade market veteran, as president of its services line and chief delivery officer.
Pavco will oversee all aspects of delivery and customer efforts along with integrated talent management initiatives focused on Avantus’ workforce. She will report directly to CEO Andy Maner, Avantus said Tuesday.
Most recently, Pavco was general manager at Slalom Consulting and built that company’s federal and public sector business. She is also a veteran of IBM and ultimately became managing partner of Big Blue’s federal business.
