Accenture's $100M FBI win continues HR work at bureau
Accenture Federal Services has won a seven-year, $100 million blanket purchase agreement with the Federal Bureau of Investigation to provide application services and digital solutions.
Accenture Federal Services has won a seven-year, $100 million blanket purchase agreement with the Federal Bureau of Investigation to provide application services and digital solutions.
The purpose of the BPA is to provide the FBI with applications and solutions to enhance its human resources systems capabilities, Accenture said in a release.
During the current fiscal year, Accenture will work with the FBI to upgrade the existing human resources source application, which is built using Oracle’s PeopleSoft Human Capital Management system.
Accenture will also work to decommission existing legacy systems, improve the FBI’s data analytic capabilities, and implement an employee/supervisor web portal.
The contract continues work Accenture has been doing with the FBI since 2011 to modernize its HR capabilities.
