MCR Federal appoints new VP, civil programs

MCR Federal has appointed David Rhodes vice president of the company’s civil programs.

MCR Federal has appointed David Rhodes vice president of the company’s civil programs.

In his new role, Rhodes will oversee all operational support to civilian agencies while leading business growth across MCR’s civil portfolio, including the company’s presence at the Federal Aviation Administration.

Before MCR, Rhodes worked at CSRA as industry general manager for non-health civil agencies. He began his career as an account executive for the FAA NextGen Programs portfolio.

He also brings with him experience across the federal civilian space, including expertise with the Treasury, Transportation, Energy, and Housing and Urban Development departments as well as the IRS, NASA, EPA, and NOAA.
