Former CEO Harry Martin of Intelligent Decisions Harry Martin has been sentenced to three years of probation after pleading guilty to charges he paid a former contracting official for federal contracts.

Former CEO of Intelligent Decisions Harry Martin has been sentenced to three years of probation after pleading guilty to charges he paid a former contracting official for federal contracts, FedBiz Daily reports.

Martin was also ordered to pay a $250,000 fine and a special assessment of $100 for his role in a scheme that spent more than $10,000 on dinners and golf outings for In Seom Lim, a former contracting official for the Army.

Martin was the 20th individual to plead guilty in the investigation as of November.
