Northrop Grumman builds up U.K. business development organization

Northrop Grumman has made three business development personnel changes in a move that will strengthen the company’s United Kingdom and Europe business development organization.

Northrop Grumman has made three business development personnel changes in a move that will strengthen the company’s United Kingdom and Europe business development organization.

Ben Palmer has been named director, European strategy and business development, where he will lead and coordinate all business development activities in the United Kingdom and Europe including the development of an integrated strategy for the region. He joins Northrop Grumman from AlixPartners. He has also held positions at BAE Systems.

Jon Anderson has been appointed director, business development for C4ISR – land, maritime and civil. He joins Northrop Grumman from General Dynamics U.K. where he served as business development director for avionics, electro-optical deployable infrastructure and communications systems.

Simon Cooper will serve as director, business cevelopment for C4ISR – air. On June 30, Cooper will join Northrop Grumman from Selex ES where he serves as head of strategic electronic warfare campaigns within the company’s Airborne and Space Systems division.
