Catapult wins four DOD contracts

Catapult Technology Ltd. will assist U.S. military offices with information technology initaitives under four contracts.

Catapult Technology Ltd. will assist U.S. military offices in implementing information technology under four contracts worth a total of $10.2 million.

Under a $2.9 million contract, Catapult will manage the IT help desk for DeWitt Army Community Hospital in Fort Belvoir, Va., under the General Services Administration's Veterans Technology Services governmentwide acquisition program. Science Applications International Corp. is the subcontractor.

Catapult will provide on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of desktop problems. The company also will install, configure and upgrade computer hardware, software and networking.

Under a $2.3 million contract, Catapult will provide help desk support to the Defense Department's Domestic Dependent Elementary and Secondary Schools Area Service Center in Atlanta. Lockheed Martin Corp. and Mikells Computer Services LLC in Atlanta are the subcontractors.

Under a $2.6 million contract, Catapult will install, modify and implement the Microsoft Sharepoint 2007 platform to the Washington Headquarters Services' Administration and Program Support Directorate.

Under a $2.4 million contract, the company also will provide IT program and project management services to the Army Installation Management Command in Washington, D.C. Log.Sec Corp. is the subcontractor.

Catapult, of Bethesda, Md., is a firm owned by a service-disabled veteran.
