The Army Intelligence and Security Command is expected to award the lucrative contract, valued at $2.6 billion over five years, in January.

L-3 Communications' Government Services Group of Chantilly, Va., is doing similar work on the Worldwide Linguist Support Services contract. Northrop Grumman's Missions Systems of Reston, Va., provides interpreter and linguist management services in the Balkans.
