AlphaInsight Corp., Falls Church, Va., won a $4.4 million contract from the Coast Guard to design and develop portal applications and make improvements in the Maritime Information Global Network.

BAE Systems North America Inc., Rockville, Md., won a modification worth $122.3 million on its contract with the Army for work on the armed robotic vehicle program.

BearingPoint Inc., McLean, Va., won a $23 million, five-year contract from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. to support FDIC's security program, including consolidating IT security assessment and monitoring.

CACI International Inc., Arlington, Va., won a $31 million, seven-month contract from the Army's Intelligence and Information Directorate to integrate, test and deploy worldwide the Army's Trojan satellite communications systems.

Dynamics Research Corp., Andover, Mass., won a $97 million contract from the Army Training, Doctrine and Combat Development Directorate at Fort Knox, Ky., for doctrine and training services associated with modular and future combat systems equipped forces.

Gateway Inc., Irvine, Calif., won a $25 million, six-month contract from New York for PCs for state agencies, local governments and political offices. State universities, school districts and constitutional officers can also participate. Gateway also won a four-year contract from the University of Texas at San Antonio to provide notebook and tablet PCs for 26,000 students and 3,500 faculty and staff members.

General Dynamics Corp. won an $18 million contract from the National Security Agency to design and develop a hybrid device that functions as both a secure mobile phone and personal digital assistant to provide secure voice and data communications.

GTSI Corp., Chantilly, Va., won two five-year contracts for a total of $50 million from the Agriculture Department for mobile and wireless hardware and software for advanced networking capabilities for employees working remotely.

Haverstick Consulting Inc., Carmel, Ind., won a three-year contract from Indiana for a new unemployment insurance processing system. Terms of the contract are under negotiation.

Identix Inc., Minnetonka, Minn., won a $2 million contract from the Homeland Security Department to provide fingerprint scanning technology for Immigration and Customs Enforcement sites.

Imageware Systems Inc. of San Diego won a $320,000 contract from the Fresno, Calif., Sheriff's Department to provide a law enforcement identification system.

Maximus Inc., Reston, Va., won a $14 million, two-year contract from New Mexico to install a PeopleSoft enterprise resource planning system to support the state's Statewide Human Resource, Accounting and Management Reporting System.

Mind Over Machines Inc. of Baltimore won a $1.2 million, 28-month contract from the Health and Human Services Department for database administration, operations support and help desk services on the agency's Web-based Integrated Time and Attendance System.

Motorola Inc. won a $2.4 million contract from Providence, R.I., for the Mobile Data Communications Network, a high-speed mobile mesh network, for the city's public safety departments.

MTC Technologies Inc., Dayton, Ohio, won a $10 million, five-year contract from the Air Force to augment the Air Force Technical Applications Center's capabilities, resources and personnel to ensure mission readiness.

NIC Inc., Olathe, Kan., won a three-year, multimillion contract renewal from Arkansas to continue providing e-government portal services, including criminal background checks and child support payments.

Northrop Grumman Corp. won a $19 million contract from the Air Force to integrate the service's telephone and network operations, providing off-the-shelf IT to establish a telecommunications management system for more than 100 Air Force sites worldwide.

SRA International Inc., Fairfax, Va., won a $26.8 million contract from the Army's 101st Airborne Division to provide support services to enhance the readiness of the division's units.
