The Fairfax County Economic Development Authority appointed Gerald L. Gordon president and executive director.

Paul-Tittle Associates Inc., Bethesda, Md., named Ron Cimino vice president.

Devon Software Corp., Ottawa, Ontario, has hired Larry Trenwith as company president.

Intelidata Technologies Corp., Herndon, Va., has appointed John W. Hillyard chief financial officer.

PSINet Inc., Herndon, Va., named Edward D. Postal vice president and chief financial officer. The company also named Kurt Baumann vice president, strategy and business development, and Rick Frizalone vice president, corporate sales.

Computer Education Services Inc., Virginia Beach, Va., named James F. Ochse president and chief operating officer.

recipient of the NASA Small Business Research Technology of the Year Award. The award was presented for outstand-
ing technical achievement in
the design and production of
high-mobility vehicle suspension systems for military and commercial application projects.

Semiconductor Research Corp., Durham, N.C., selected Prof. Stephen W. Director, dean of the College of Engineering at the University of Michigan, as the first recipient of
its Aristotle Award. The award acknowledges teaching excellence, demonstrated by faculty advising graduate students
