BAE wins $131M Navy C5ISR contract

BAE Systems will support C5ISR systems for the Navy under a $131.1 million contract.

BAE Systems has won a $137.1 million contract for engineering and integrated product support from the Navy.

The company will support the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division with a variety of services including engineering, integrated product support, technical data and configuration management. It also will provide technical and project management support.

BAE will support life cycle management on legacy, current and future C5ISR systems -- command, control, communications, computers, combat systems, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance.

Most of the work will be performed at St. Inigoes, Maryland. The contract was an open competition, but BAE was the only bidder.
