Seven companies have won spots on a $169.1 million Navy contract to support the Naval Information Warfare Systems Command with engineering and technical services.
Seven companies have won spots on a $169.1 million Navy contract to support the Naval Information Warfare Systems Command with engineering and technical services.
The contract specifically supports the NIWC Pacific’s Enterprise Communication and Networks Division in San Diego. Services to be provided include technology insertion, software and systems engineering, modeling and simulation, and model based systems engineering. The companies also will vie for task orders for network engineering, installation and testing, and integrated logistics.
The seven winners are:
- Booz Allen Hamilton
- Epsilon C5I Inc.
- McKean Defense Group LLC
- Parsons Government Services Inc.
- Science Applications International Corp.
- Solute Inc.
- Systems Technology Forum Ltd.
The contract has a three-year base and four one-year options. With the options,it runs through September 2028.
The contract also is a follow on to an earlier contract that was held by Booz Allen, SAIC, Epsilon Systems and General Dynamics IT.
This time around 16 companies submitted bids with seven bidders receiving awards.
