QinetiQ Group’s board of directors has elected a new member in Larry Prior, the former CSRA CEO and current operating executive at The Carlyle Group.
Prior will join the QinetiQ board on Aug. 2 and act as its senior U.S. independent non-executive director, the U.K.-headquartered company said Tuesday.
He is chairman for Carlyle-backed Two Six Technologies and a member of the board at Shift5, a venture-backed startup that provides security and data analytics tools for fleet operating technology used by national security and transportation organizations.
