Peraton hires new human resources & procurement chiefs

Peraton makes two new hires to its executive leadership team as that company continues the integration of Perspecta and what was Northrop Grumman's IT services business.

Peraton said Monday it has made new two new hires to its executive leadership team as that company continues the integration of both Perspecta and the former Northrop Grumman IT services business.

John Reing, former chief human resources officer at CSRA, has joined Peraton in the same capacity to oversee strategies related to talent acquisition and total rewards.

Most recently, Reing was a partner at PwC’s organizational and workforce transformation practice. His career prior to CSRA includes human resources leadership roles at SRA International, BAE Systems and the Hay Group.

Significant hire number two out of Peraton sees former Booz Allen executive Rebecca McHale join as chief information officer with responsibility for digital transformation and IT solutions to support overall business objectives.

Prior to Peraton, McHale was both CIO and chief information security officer at Booz Allen Hamilton. She also is a former CISO for Blackboard, and before that worked in cybersecurity and IT infrastructure roles at Novetta and CSRA.

Herndon, Virginia-headquartered Peraton also said it has named Lori Ellis to continue as chief procurement officer, the role she has worked in for the heritage organization.

Ellis oversees the company’s vendor management, strategic sourcing and procure-to-pay functions. Before Peraton, she was vice president of procurement at Science Applications International Corp.
