Kratos board elects company's CFO

Kratos Defense & Security Solutions’ board of directors has elected a new member in Deanna Lund, the company’s chief financial officer since 2004.

Lund joins the board in the wake of its vote to increase the number of members from seven to nine and she fills one of those vacancies, Kratos said Thursday.

San Diego-headquartered Kratos added the board expects to fill the second added board seat within the next 18 months.
