Noblis makes deal for cloud, analytics firm
Noblis has acquired Inductive Minds, a Sterling, Va., company that provides cloud and analytics services to federal agencies. Terms were not disclosed.
Noblis has added cloud and analytics capabilities through the acquisition of a small Virginia firm known as Inductive Minds.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Inductive Minds works with federal CIOs and chief technology officer on cloud strategy, agile development and cloud migration. It’s particular expertise with Amazon Web Services. The Sterling, Va.-based company provides cloud hosting, systems engineering and analytics services.
“Inductive Minds will accelerate our ability to meet the growing demands of our national security clients,” said Noblis President and CEO Amr ElSawy.
According to Washington Technology's archives, this is Noblis’ first acquisition since 2014 when it acquired National Security Partner, an intelligence contractor.
