MAG Aerospace names new CFO

MAG Aerospace has named Nicholas Veasey as its new chief financial officer. As CFO, he’ll oversee all financial activities including accounting, treasury, tax, and financial planning and analysis.

Veasey joins MAG from Booz Allen Hamilton, where he was vice president of investor relations. He also developed Booz Allen’s capital allocation strategy, worked on mergers and acquisitions, and played a lead role on the firm's first high-yield bond issuance.

Before Booz Allen, he worked at Deutsche Bank. He’s also a former Marine and was a reconnaissance platoon commander.

Veasey is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy. He has both an MBA and a masters of public policy degree from Georgetown University.
