Gryphon adds cloud, enterprise tech capabilities with Omnitec deal
Gryphon Technologies has acquired Omnitec Solutions in a deal that adds enterprise technology, cloud, analytics and other advisory services.
Gryphon Technologies has acquired Omnitec Solutions in a deal that adds enterprise technology, cloud, analytical and other advisory services.
Omnitec was founded in 1999 and specializes in enterprise communication, data harmonization and analytics, web-enabled content management, strategic planning and media analysis.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
“OMNITEC’s strength and experience with information systems, software and process improvement is a strategic fit with Gryphon’s focus on digital transformation engineering to help solve our national security’s most urgent needs,” said P.J. Braden, CEO of Gryphon.
Being acquired bring expanded technical and program management capabilities to Omnitec’ s customers, said Morris Brown, CEO of Omnitec.
Gryphon is backed by the private equity group AE Industrial Partners. Kirkland & Ellis served as legal advisor and BDO served as financial advisor to Gryphon. Greenberg Traurig served as legal advisor and Houlihan Lokey served as financial advisor to Omnitec.
