Former Engility CFO joins QTS board of directors

Former Engility Chief Financial Officer Wayne Rehberger has joined the board of directors at QTS Realty Trust, a provider of hybrid colocation and data center solutions.
Former Engility Corp Chief Financial Officer Wayne Rehberger has joined the board of directors at QTS Realty Trust, a provider of hybrid colocation and data center solutions.
Rehberger is the 10th overall member of QTS’ board and its ninth independent director.
He brings over 35 years of financial, operational and sales management experience.
He was Engility’s CFO from 2015 through January 2019 when it was acquired by Science Applications International Corp. He also was CFO of TASC from 2010 to 2015 when it was acquired by Engility.
Prior to TASC, he was chief operating officer of XO Communications and also served a stint there as CFO. He also served 10 years in the U.S. Army and Army Reserve, retiring as a major.
