In our new report, we’ll compare the 2016 results to those of 2018. The new report is due for publication in September.
A lot has happened with debriefings since our 2016 report and Congress has even gotten involved so we’ll see if that is having an impact yet or not.

In the area of bid protests, we’ll be looking how likely companies are to protest and what it is they are trying to learn.
We’ll also dive deeper into the types of debriefings that companies find valuable by asking questions specific to oral debriefings and written debriefings.
