Small firm takes on MDA collaboration work

Network Management Resources will provide classified and unclassified collaboration services to the Missile Defense Agency under a $113.6 million contract.

A small business based in Chantilly, Virginia has won a potential $113.5 million contract for global collaboration services from the Missile Defense Agency.

Network Management Resources will provide video conferencing services, portal and data service, customer facing business application services and end-user training to MDA.

The Under the Research and Development Collaboration Services contract has a $31 million base value over two years and five one-year options worth $82.5 million combined.

MDA wants both classified and unclassified collaboration services. Work will take place at a variety of locations including Fort Belvoir in Virginia, Redstone Arsenal in Alabama, Schriever Air Force Base in Colorado and Dahlgren, Virginia.

Five companies bid on the contract.
