PwC protests Booz Allen Fish & Wildlife award

PricewaterhouseCoopers is challenging a $2.9 million award that went to Booz Allen to help the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service with business transformation efforts.
PricewaterhouseCoopers is challenging a $2.9 million U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service award that went to Booz Allen Hamilton.
The contract was awarded through the Federal Supply Schedule and the agency is looking for business transformation services.
PwC is arguing that the evaluation is flawed and that it had a lower price than Booz Allen.
Contract value aside, the interesting twist here is that PwC also is complaining that it has not been given a debriefing or any other explanation by the government on why Booz Allen was picked over PwC.
The protest was filed Feb. 8 and a ruling from the Government Accountability Office is expected by May 21.
Until then, transformation is on hold at Fish & Wildlife.
