2016 ends with flurry of contract awards

While Washington Technology took a break during the holidays, contract awards continued to be made. Here is a quick roundup of the major IT awards.

Dec. 23:

ICF International won an $11.5 million contract modification to provide support services to the Army Research Laboratory.

Mythics Inc. received a $7.9 million contract modification with the Army to provide Oracle software maintenance on previously acquired licenses in support of the Program Executive Officer Enterprise Systems and the Army Materiel Command.

Dec. 27:

DLT Solutions won a $22.8 million blanket purchase agreement to provide Red Hat software licenses in support of Navy requirements.

Northrop Grumman won a $17 million contract to provide system software and engineering services to the Navy in support of the MQ-8 Fire Scout unmanned aerial vehicle.

Barbaricum won a $7.9 millioon contract to provide information technology and other services in support of the Defense Department Office of the Inspector General.

Dec. 29:

Leidos won a $58 million contract to provide a modernized Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data Systems solution to support the Army’s C3-tactical mission requirements.

Booz Allen Hamilton won a $13 million contract to continue providing system engineering and technical assistance support to the integrated personnel and pay system-Army.

Niksoft Systems  has won a $27 million contract to help the Defense Health Agency migrate its applications currently housed on equipment to the Defense Information Systems Agency capacity services.

Dec. 30:

Microsoft won a $34.4 million contract to provide information technology expertise to mature its products for the Air Force to meet mission requirements, improve security and reduce costs.
