Trump picks first lady of professional wrestling to lead SBA

Donald Trump has tapped Linda McMahon, co-founder of World Wrestling Entertainment, to be the next leader of the Small Business Administration.
President-elect Donald Trump is set to appoint Linda McMahon co-founder with her husband Vince of World Wrestling Entertainment to be the next leader of the Small Business Administration.
While no official word has come out of the Trump organization, McMahon tweeted that she is “honored to be appointed.”
Several other news organizations also have reported that McMahon would be the SBA pick. She is a Republican and supported Trump throughout the campaign.
In addition to launching the wrestling organization, McMahon also twice ran for a U. S. Senate seat in Connecticut but lost both times.
According to her Wikipedia profile, McMahon primarily focused on the business management of WWE, leaving the more flamboyant and creative side of the business to her husband.
She’s also been involved in charitable work, including donating millions of dollars to Fishbourne Military School, Sacred Heart University and her alma mater East Carolina University.
She also launched a non-partisan voter registration campaign in 2008 with the WWE, known as "SmackDown! Your Vote.” Hillary Clinton even appeared in one of the public service ads.
Trump has a long relationship with the McMahons and and once participated in a WWE storyline where he body slammed and then shaved Vince McMahon's head. See the video below.
