Harris Corp. has won a $12.8 million contract to continue its support of the Air Force’s Distributed Common Ground System.
Harris Corp. has won a $12.8 million contract to continue its support of the Air Force’s Distributed Common Ground System.
The DCGS is a worldwide, net-centric system of fixed and deployable, scalable and modular ground stations. The system provides multi-source intelligence data to warfighters through data distribution, information-sharing, and collaborative work centers.
Under the contract, Harris will provide installation support and upgrades for the Distributed Mission Site Digital Receiver Technology.
Work is expected to be completed in November 2017.
