Four companies have won spots on a $48 million contract to support to provide engineering and technical support to the Naval Research Laboratory.

Four companies have won spots on a $48 million contract to provide engineering and technical support to the Naval Research Laboratory.

The winners are:

  • Sotera Defense Solutions
  • Leidos
  • EOIR Technologies
  • Packet Digital LLC

The contract supports the Naval Research Lab’s Electronic Science and Technology Division.

The Electronics Science and Technology Division conducts an innovative and dynamic basic and applied research program in electronic materials science, leading to new technologies and capabilities for the U.S Navy, Marine Corps, and Defense Department, according to the Naval Research Lab’s website.

Work will be performed in Washington, D.C., and is expected to be completed in December 2021.

Five companies bid on this contract, the Defense Department said in a release.
