Accenture Federal Services has closed its acquisition of Defense Point Security LLC of Alexandria, Va.
The deal, which had undisclosed financial terms, is Accenture’s third such deal in almost a year and a half—the company acquired FusionX in August 2015 and Climation in December 2015.
Defense Point Security brings to Accenture Federal advanced security operations center expertise, cyber operations, security engineering and cyber analytics.
The company will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary.
