CACI to provide travel call center support under $26M task order

CACI International has won a $26 million task order to provide the Defense Department with travel call center support services.

CACI International has won a $26 million task order to provide the Defense Department with travel call center support services.

The three-year, seven-month task order was awarded under the company’s ITES-2S contract.

Under the order, CACI will support the Defense Travel System, which is an integrated, automated, end-to-end travel management application used by Defense Department personnel.

The system is used worldwide to create travel authorizations, prepare reservations, receive approvals, generate travel vouchers and initiate travel reimbursements, the company said in a release.

CACI will support the system, focusing on delivering customer service. The company will also provide outreach and training to address travel policy changes.
