Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
PSS’ latest acquisition marks its sixth in the past 30 months, the company said in a release. The acquisitions have expanded PSS’ professional services core capabilities and presence in a broad spectrum of national security programs.
Synaptic Solutions owners and founders Josh Cury and Derrick Henley will join PSS’ National Security Group.
