Calibre Systems promotes new senior executive vice president, CFO

Calibre Systems has appointed Jeffrey Giangiuli to the position of senior executive vice president and chief financial officer.

Giangiuli was formerly senior vice president and CFO.

In his new role, Giangiuli will oversee financial and accounting operations, strategic financial planning, capital structure, treasury management, employee stock ownership plan and 401(k) management, and information technology operations, the company said in a release.

Giangiuli was co-founder of Strategic Management Initiatives, which Calibre Systems acquired in 2004.
