CACI International has won a $77 million contract to provide communications support to the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Atlantic.

CACI’s support will include providing communications systems, satellite communications and network support services in support of the U.S. Special Operations Command and other joint combat commands.

Under the four-year contract, the company will provide logistics and technical support for approximately 2,500 satellite communications systems worldwide, as well as wide-area network infrastructure services for around 90 sites, CACI said in a release.

The company will provide full lifecycle support for these systems including systems integration, training, and 24/7 worldwide technical support.

CACI said in the release that it is also updating its support facilities in Fayetteville, N.C., where a significant portion of CACI's support work is performed, to provide the customer with a larger operation co-located with customer facilities to increase efficiency and productivity in operations.

In a press release, CACI attributed the win to its February 2016 acquisition of National Security Services. Read more about CACI in 2016.
