X3M Systems taps new COO

X3M Systems has appointed Bob Smith to be its new chief operating officer.

In his new role, Smith will be responsible for establishing and managing an operational environment for an emerging 8(a) organization, the company said in a release.

Smith was most recently chief operating officer of the Information and Technical Solutions operating group at ASRC Federal.
