Synectics adds four to BD team

Synectics for Management Decisions Inc. has made four additions to its business development team.

Michael Collins is now chief technology officer, joining the company after working with a number of health care providers including Aetna and Blue Cross Blue Shield.  Collins also worked at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and the Veterans Health Administration.

Pamela Stearman is now client solutions executive, bringing to the role varied experience in the areas of contract execution, and capture management and development.

Josh Barr is now director of client solutions. He brings with him experience in technical sales, business development, capture and strategic thinking across government and commercial sectors.

Sarah Thayer is now proposal manager, rejoining the company after obtaining experience on other teams dealing in technology and proposal development.
