Seven companies win Navy cyber deals

Seven companies have won three-year contracts to support Navy cyberspace science, research, engineering and technology integration.

The winners are:

• Raytheon – $165.9 million (base value: $98 million)
• Leidos - $150 million (base value: $89 million)
• Booz Allen Hamilton - $149.9 million (base value: $88.6 million)
• Northrop Grumman - $148.3 million (base value: $88 million
• SAIC - $142.3 million (base value: $83.6 million)
• Scientific Research Corp. - $137.5 million (base value: $81 million)
• Vencore - $134.9 million (base value: $80 million)

Under the contracts, the companies will provide technology assessment, development and transition; requirements analysis; systems engineering; operational and technical support; experimentation support; hardware and software development and prototyping; modeling and simulation; training; and security engineering/cybersecurity support, the Defense Department said in a release.

Work will be performed in San Diego and the contract runs through September 2019.

Thirteen companies bid on this contract, which was contracted out by the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Pacific.
