Northrop Grumman has won a $9.5 million contract to support human language technologies in order to enhance warfighter operations.

Northrop Grumman has won a $9.5 million contract to support human language technologies in order to enhance warfighter operations.

Under the Air Force contract, Northrop Grumman will address major challenges with these technologies for use in military operations and will focus on better performance and cheaper lifecycle costs, the Defense Department said in a release.

Work will be performed at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, Marina Del Ray, Calif., Pittsburg, Penn., and Chantilly, Va., and is expected to be completed in September 2021.
