ATAC wins $8 million contract to upgrade simulation model systems
ATAC has won an $8 million engineering contract to upgrade the naval aviation simulation model system at a number of Naval and Marine Corps air installations.
ATAC has won an $8 million engineering contract to upgrade the naval aviation simulation model system at a number of Naval and Marine Corps air installations.
Under the contract, the company will work to upgrade airfield, airspace and range analyses as well as develop and compile information on mission changes for the air installations’ Compatible Use Zones and National Environmental Policy Act requirements, the Defense Department said in a release.
Work is expected to be completed in September 2021.
This was a sole-source procurement, the Defense Department said.
