Unisys wins $232M contract to support USDA Rural Development
Unisys has won a $232 million contract to provide secure application modernization services to support the U.S. Department of Agriculture Rural Development’s Development Comprehensive Loan Program and other initiatives.
Unisys has won a $232 million contract to provide secure application modernization services to support the U.S. Department of Agriculture Rural Development’s Development Comprehensive Loan Program and other initiatives.
The contract was awarded under the National Institutes of Health’s CIO-SP3 contract vehicle.
Under the contract, Unisys will support a range of Rural Development programs serving citizens and businesses of rural America, including CLP as well as other initiatives that provide financial assistance and economic development.
The company will also include a strong focus on providing secure web services to protect the personal information of citizens who participate in the agency’s programs, Unisys said in a release.
The contract has a one-year base period and seven option years.
