Agencies are not meeting Performance.gov requirements and have not established a long-term plan to improve the website, according to FCW.

A Government Accountability Office report said that the website, which is meant to offer quarterly progress reports, still does not clearly describe its purpose as a central, governmentwide portal where users can locate agency goals, FCW reported.

The website also is not fully compliant with the Performance and Results Act of 2010 and lacks a strategic plan for the future of the website.
