More protesters join fight over $25B CMS contract

The number of companies protesting the $25 billion CMS contract for IT services continues to grow, reaching 19.

Four more companies have joined the ranks of companies protesting the Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services’ $25 billion IT services contract.

The new set of protestors brings the total to 19 companies arguing that they should have been among the 81 winners of the contract.

The agency will use the contract for professional IT services such as planning, requirement development, design, development and testing. It was awarded in early June.

The latest protesters are:

  • LRA-ISI Joint Venture
  • SGT Inc.
  • SparkSoft Corp.
  • Syneren Technologies Corp.

They join 15 others:

  • 3T Federal Solutions
  • All Points Logistics
