Belcan has acquired Intercom Consulting & Federal Systems in a deal that brings more IT solutions capabilities to Belcan. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Founded in 1992, Landsdowne, Va.-based Intercom provides enterprise-level IT solutions that support and protect mission-essential assets and operations for the federal government.
The IT solutions that the company provides are in the areas of cybersecurity, enterprise management, systems engineering and architecture and network engineering, Belcan said in a release.
The deal also expands Intercom’s federal services business, Intercom chairman and CEO Randall Coppersmith said in a release.
Kirkland & Ellis LLP served as legal advisor and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP served as financial advisor to Belcan and AE Industrial Partners. Greenberg Traurig served as legal advisor and the McLean Group served as financial advisor to Intercom.
