Aerospace Corp names new SVP, general manager
The Aerospace Corporation has named Maj. Gen. Edward Bolton Jr. senior vice president of Systems Planning, Engineering and Quality, and Maj. Gen. Howard Mitchell as general manager for program assessments.
The Aerospace Corporation has named Maj. Gen. Edward Bolton Jr. senior vice president of Systems Planning, Engineering and Quality, and Maj. Gen. Howard Mitchell as general manager for program assessments.
Bolton will succeed Rand Fisher, who retired July 1, the company said in a release.
Previously, Bolton was the senior vice president of Special Studies at Aerospace. After retiring from the Air Force in 2013, he served as the assistant administrator for NextGen at the Federal Aviation Administration, where he managed strategic planning for the National Airspace System.
The Aerospace Corporation also announced Maj. Gen. Howard Mitchell will remain at the company as a general manager after completing his service as vice president of Program Assessments.
