Systems Planning and Analysis has won a $9.7 million contract to provide the Navy with engineering, technical and professional support services.
Systems Planning and Analysis has won a $9.7 million contract to provide the Navy with engineering, technical and professional support services.
The services will include engineering, test and evaluation and program management for above water sensor systems development for above water sensor systems, the Defense Department said in a release.
Work will be performed in Washington, D.C., Lexington, Mass., Crane, Ind., Dahlgren, Va., and Cooks, Mich., and is expected to be completed in December 2016.
