STG appoints new head of cybersecurity business

STG Group, Inc. has named Joseph Nicholas senior vice president and sector lead of Cybersecurity and Secure Information Systems.

In his new role, Nicholas will manage and oversee the company’s development of solutions to expand strategic opportunities, build partnerships and improve and protect national security networks, the company said in a release.

Most recently, Nicholas was the vice president of the Cyber Intelligence and Operations Sector at Parsons Corporation, where he managed a team of more than 500 people. He has also held various management positions at Northrop Grumman, TASC and SIGINT.
