Alion names new CFO

Alion Science and Technology has named Kevin Cook chief financial officer.

Cook was previously the executive vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer at Booz Allen Hamilton, where he managed the finance department and led the formation of the company’s shared services infrastructure.

He has more than 30 years of experience in financial and management services, which includes roles at IIT Research Institute and JAMIS Software.

He will join Alion July 5, the company said in a release.
