Abt Associates taps new non-executive chairman

Abt Associates has appointed Gary Perlin to the position of non-executive chairman of the board of directors.

He succeeds Stanley Lukowski, who will remain on the board.

Perlin joined the company’s board in 2012. He served as chief financial officer at Capital One and chief financial officer of World Bank.
