Telos Corp. wins $27M contract to upgrade networking equipment
Telos Corp. has won a $27 million contract with the Air Force to upgrade the networking equipment in de-militarized zones.
Telos Corp. has won a $27 million contract with the Air Force to upgrade the networking equipment in de-militarized zones.
Under the contract, Telos will set up networking equipment composed of a firewall, intrusion prevention and intrusion detection systems, anti-virus software, web-portal capability and security management, the Defense Department said in a release.
Work will be performed at Robins Air Force Base, Ga.; Beale Air Force Base, Calif.; Langley Air Force Base, Va.; Ramstein Air Base, Germany; and Wichita, Kan., and is expected to be complete by April 17, 2019.
Four companies bid on this contract, which was contracted out by the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Hanscom Air Force Base, Mass.
