Five companies win spots on $342.8M Navy training products contract

Five companies will compete for task orders under a $342.8 million contract to support a Navy training products program.

The base value of the contract is $166.3 million.

The winners are:

  • General Dynamics Information Technology
  • Science Applications International Corp.
  • Camber Corp.
  • Carley Corp.
  • Sonalysts Inc.

Under the contract, the companies will provide reengineering, development and personal computer simulation services in support of the Naval Education Training Command’s Naval Training Products and Services program. The contract will support various fleet training centers, Sonalysts said in a release.

Work will be completed in May 2019, or in May 2022 with options.

Nine companies bid on this contract, which the Defense Department said was contracted out by the Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk Contracting Department.
