Pyramid Systems has appointed Joe Zimmerman chief operating officer of the company.

Pyramid Systems has appointed Joe Zimmerman chief operating officer of the company.

He brings to his new role over 25 years of experience in entrepreneurial leadership, business development and corporate strategy development, Pyramid Systems said in a release.

Zimmerman joins the company from InfoReliance, where he served as executive vice president.

Before InfoReliance, Zimmerman served in the United States Marine Corps.
