WBB taps new VP, capture and proposals

WBB has appointed Jeffrey Cohen to the position of vice president of capture and proposals.

In his new role, Cohen will bring his expertise in strategic business solutions, business process re-engineering, proposal and capture management, business development and program management to improve WBB’s capture and proposal functions.

Cohen spent 26 years in the U.S. Air Force and retired as a Colonel.
