Northrop Grumman wins $32.8M contract to support aircraft defense

Northrop Grumman has won a $32.8 million contract to support two of models of the U.S. Special Operations Command’s aircraft.

Under the contract, Northrop Grumman will provide radio frequency countermeasure systems to detect and destroy threats posed to the AC-130J and MC-130J aircraft, the company said in a release.

The contract was awarded to the company’s Land and Avionics C4ISR division.
