A joint ventured formed by PAE and two other companies has won a $488 million contract to support the Navy mission at Joint Region Marianas in Guam.

A joint venture formed by PAE and two other companies has won a $488 million contract to support the Navy mission at Joint Region Marianas, Guam.

Under the contract, the venture, known as DZSP 21, will provide facility and base operations services. PAE formed the joint venture with Parsons Government Services and First Support Services.

The services include management and administration, port operations, ordnance material management, facility management, facility investment, electrical, wastewater, steam, water, base support vehicles and equipment, and environmental management.

The joint venture was founded in 2005 for the purpose of supporting this Naval base, PAE said in a release.
